AB&C Group takes international step with EPSA

Amsterdam, June 15, 2023 – The shareholders of AB&C Groep B.V., including majority shareholder Gate Invest, are transferring their shares in AB&C Groep to EPSA. The Dutch company AB&C Groep consists of several companies, each offering sector-wide business services based on its own entrepreneurship, expertise and method of operation. In EPSA, AB&C Group sees a good partner to further implement its long-term strategy with a focus on international expansion. EPSA is an internationally operating consultancy organization and is active with its companies in 35 countries worldwide. Under EPSA’s share ownership, the companies within AB&C Group will continue to operate autonomously.

 

AB&C Group is the parent company behind well-known companies such as AevesBenefit and Boer & Croon and is active in procurement and contract management consultancy, outsourcing, (digital) transformation consultancy, project and program management, RPA, interim management and executive search. AB&C Group and EPSA find each other in their strategic mission to improve growth and effectiveness of organizations through in-depth knowledge of procurement, operations and finance & technology.

 

AB&C Group’s board of directors, consisting of Sherief Abdalla (CEO), Claire Leussink-Nies (COO), Jaap Heeringa (CCO) and Lidia Drost (HR Director), will stay on after the transaction. Sherief Abdalla will also take a seat on EPSA’s executive board. AB&C Group’s board looks forward to working with EPSA.
